As a person that suffers from chronic pain & fatigue (we are slowly figuring it out…), I need to keep my home organised and efficient. It just helps when things WORK and I don’t need to worry about it.
I’ve been home trying to rest, the last few weeks, and thought I’d compile a list of my favourite finds on Amazon that are still keeping me happy. Most of these I’ve had for a while, so I can safely recommend them to you!
I know alot of people don’t like using Amazon, but as someone who has a hard time getting out to the store (or multiple stores), shopping online gives me an opportunity to look at reviews and compare pricing quickly, aswell as having it delivered to my home. Take advantage of the sales, you’ll end up finding something in your budget!
Have you found anything on Amazon that you really love? Let me know and leave me a comment on Instagram, Tiktok or Lemon8.

Sunbeam Multi Zone Air Fryer Oven
I LOVE this air fryer. And I love that it’s still currently on sale so you can love it too. My favourite features is that it can be multi leveled and multi sectioned (which is awesome for my family of 5). And I love that there’s a glass window so I can see how the food’s doing, without opening it up to check.
I’ve made a video about this air fryer on Amazon, you can view it here.
Check out the Sunbeam air fryer on Amazon Australia, here. I don’t think Sunbeam sells products in the USA, but here is a similar airfryer on Amazon USA.

CNGLASS Large Double Wall Glass Coffee Mug
Drinking tea is something I’ve had to learn to do, in terms of relaxation and calming myself down. I really love a Chamomile tea now, and having a cute clear mug that doesn’t burn my hands if I pick it up by it’s body (?) has been really nice. My actual glass mug is smaller than this one, I couldn’t find it online anymore but this is the one I would get if I had to replace it. It’s bigger (450ml) which means more tea for you!
Check out this double wall glass cup on Amazon Australia here. Here is a similar set of double wall glass mugs here on Amazon USA.
Stainless Steel Long Spork
This maybe my ASD/ADHD showing, but i love a good utensil and this is the only one I’m using lately LOL. It’s spork! Half spoon, half fork. Did you know these existed in stainless steel? I’d only ever used them in takeaway or fast food places, so when I went on a late night browse of Amazon and found these, I had to have them. I gave 2 to my nephew and he’s loving them too.

Glass water carafe & lid set
Everyone needs to stay hydrated, moreso when you have POTS and need to drink at least 3 litres of water & electrolytes a day. To keep it cute and easy to see, I wanted a glass carafe with a lid/cup so I could clearly see how I had left to drink. Because it has a wide mouth, it’s also really simple to clean and air out. I love this carafe, 10/10 five stars.

Non stick ceramic saucepan with a lid
I wanted to upgrade our little saucepan from a stainless steel one, to a ceramic version, so once the steel one had its final day (after 15 years mind you!) I went hunting to find a new saucepan that would heat our soups & noodles and clean really easily. I love this little saucepan, the white outer and grey interior with wood handles is really simple and charming. Very easy to clean and heats up quickly on our gas stovetop. Perfect size for making 3 minute noodles or boiling a few eggs.

Electric Heated Blanket
This is essential during the colder months in Sydney. We used to have hot water bottles under 3 blankets but after having one bust open on my lap, I’ve steered away from boiling water on my body, thanks! I love that electric blankets these days have a cut off feature and pretty much instantly heat up. I never need it on the hottest setting, and there are different sizes usually available so you can have a small one just for yourself, or a bigger one to share with your kids (if they’re lucky….).
This is the blanket we’ve had a for a few winters now, on Amazon Australia. Here is a similar electric heated blanket on Amazon USA.
Electric Heating Pad for Pain Relief
As a chronic pain girlie (yay me), I’ve always needed heat on my body to help with relief. Like I’ve said above, I used to use a hot water bottle or a heat bag you stick in the microwave but they were unsafe or never stayed hot enough for me. Finding electric heating pads to hold onto my back or uterus or shoulder or wrists (just everywhere really), has been so helpful. They also have a shut off timer, so it never stays on forever by accident.
This is the current electric heating pad I’m using, on Amazon Australia. Here is a similar electric heating pad on Amazon USA.
Kovizen Shower Head High Pressure Rain
We recently renovated our main bathroom and the shower head that came with the standard shower rail was just not cutting it anymore – the water pressure was weak, which made showers a bit sad. Because of my chronic pain, I really love a warm strong water stream to help with the aches, so I knew I had to replace the shower head with something better. This Kovizen shower head has been incredible (even my husband and son felt the difference, I didn’t tell them I was replacing it!). I think the trick is that this shower head isn’t big – the water is more concentrated, creating more pressure. Really easy to install myself after grabbing a tall step ladder, and everyone’s been happier since!
Take a look at this high pressure shower head here, on Amazon.
Duvet Cover Pins Mushroom
If you’ve ever woken up and your quilt inside your quilt cover has migrated into one corner, and you’ve had to spend forever re aligning it, then let me introduce you to quilt clips! Or duvet pins…. These pink bunny clips aren’t available at the moment, but I found some cute white mushroom duvet cover clips that are basically the same thing. Easy to clip onto each corner of your covered quilt/duvet, but keep in mind that it will piece a little hole through your quilt/duvet cover!
Check out the duvet quilt cover clips on Amazon Australia here. Here is a similar set of duvet clips for quilts on Amazon USA.
Glass food containers for prep
My daughter is on a strict keto diet to help control her refractory Epilepsy, so we are constantly meal prepping her lunch & dinners to make sure she’s getting enough fats & protein and keeping those carbs down. I prefer to use glass containers for everyone’s meals, but especially hers so that it can be reheated in the container later one. We love these YOZOTI glass storage containers – the glass is of high quality (like, it doesn’t feel like it’s going to break easily). This pack comes in 2 sizes – I’d say the bigger one is for a hungry adult and the smaller one is for kids or a snack.

XTU Doorbell Camera
I’m not sure why, but I do love me a good security camera. I do love our Google Nest doorbell (battery powered) but that requires a yearly subscription. This doorbell camera by XTU is subscription free, you just charge it up and stick it wherever you need! We have ours in our detached garage, and it alerts me when someone is in there. I can see if the door is left open for some reason, and also if someone needs help with the groceries, they can press the doorbell. It’s been handy! I charge it maybe once every 4-6 weeks and it works really well in the dark. It connects to an app on my phone so I can look at all the notifications and playback video clips of alerts. Love that it’s also very affordable in comparison to other doorbell cameras.
Check out this doorbell camera on Amazon Australia here. I think this is the equivalent video door bell on Amazon USA.
Google Nest Doorbell (Battery powered)
I still wanted to include the Google Nest doorbell on my list because it was my first video doorbell (lol) and it connects to our wifi so I will get an alert on my phone and our Google Nest hub. It works really well, and I love that it’s also battery powered, so easy and quick to install. No need for an electrician.
